Full time Junior Video Technicians

Our video systems technicians work with a combination of the most impressive fleet of LED screens, large venue DLP projectors, state of the art video processing and broadcast camera systems.

To support our continuing growth we are currently offering a small number of full time junior video technician positions. Initially you will be involved with system preparation and general warehouse tasks as well as show set up and bump outs. You will be provided with training on the job and be expected to apply a self directed learning approach to video system technology. As a junior your main goal will be to learn how to safely and effectively prepare, setup, operate and bump out.

Video Specialist Project Manager

TDC is the leading video technology company in Australia. We provide video systems for the corporate, broadcast, fashion and music sectors of the Entertainment Industry. With our head office located in Rosebery, we pride ourselves on being able to offer the latest video technology solutions to our clients.

To support our continuing growth we are currently looking for a Video specialist Project Manager.

The purpose of this role is to;

  • Provide effective project and relationship management of new and existing clients

  • Increase TDC’s market position through accurate sales and promotion of new and existing technologies

  • Attend site surveys and production meetings

  • Prepare and submit quotations to clients

  • Support TDC’s Operations and Warehouse departments through effective collaboration

  • Assist with the coordination of a safe and healthy work environment and promote TDC’s policies and procedures in the workplace

  • Provide hands-on technical service delivery as required

To be successful in this role you will need to;

  • Hold a minimum of 5 years technical/show management experience within the Entertainment Industry

  • Have a thorough understanding of video systems

  • Be competent in the operation of Windows and Mac based computer systems and programs

  • Be able to organise and schedule people or tasks, set priorities and develop action plans that lead to specified goals

  • Act with integrity in all situations

  • Be flexible and tolerant towards Entertainment Industry peaks and troughs
